Our client, Inc. is looking for an Operations Coordinator to drive the company’s efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills with an ability to see the big picture and support clear, goal-oriented paths to achievement and success. ROLE OVERVIEW: The Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Vice President and will be responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the office and admin team at Our client, Inc. The Coordinator will play a crucial role for Our client Tech by managing projects and streamlining operations. This position requires previous admin experience, superior communication skills and a resultsdriven mindset. IS THIS YOU? You have built, maintained and improved processes, preferably in the wholesale space. THE CHALLENGE: Coordinating staff and company resources, delegating and managing individual and team projects. Consistently monitoring office policies and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness. Always looking for opportunities for improvement and increasing profitability. Managing schedules, leave and communications internally, facilitating team meetings and events. Develop and execute strategic plans alongside the VP and follow through. Work on deadlines managing multiple projects simultaneously. Align with and support the financial admins to submit reports and other required documentation timely to CPAs. Customer and vendor communications, as needed. Other duties as assigned. YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field preferred At least 4 years of experience in an administrative setting. At least 2 years of experience in a team management role. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, QuickBooks (or other CRM) and project management software. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are required. Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills. Self-motivation and professional discipline with excellent follow-through. Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding both individual and team productivity goals. Our client intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range: $80-100,000, dependent on job-related, nondiscriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
